INTERNATIONAL REPRESENTATION

The American School of Modern Music has membership in two international musical education associations:

IASJ representation concerning mostly Europe,

MENC representation concerning mostly the United States.

Both these associations organize international meetings, workshops and concerts. With the IASJ, participating students from the school can play before a large and diverse audience and study with some of the best world-class musicians.

The American School of Modern Music sends each year a certain number of students who are selected from the upper levels of our program of study. These meetings are firstly a source of information for the musical development of the participating student and secondly a rare opportunity for the young musician to play and study with some of the most famous people in music today.
