While in New York (2014-2020), he collaborated with prominent jazz artists like <strong>Chad Lefkowitz-Brown<\/strong>, <strong>Miguel Zen\u00f3n<\/strong>, <strong>Aaron Goldberg<\/strong>, and <strong>Fran\u00e7ois Moutin<\/strong>, performing at world-renowned venues including <strong>Carnegie Hall<\/strong> and <strong>Lincoln Center<\/strong>, and at festivals worldwide, such as <strong>Montreal Jazz Festival<\/strong> and <strong>Blue Note Tokyo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2020, he released his debut album, <em>Faune<\/em>, featuring Miguel Zen\u00f3n, which received critical acclaim, including \u201cBest Debut Album 2020\u201d by NPR and top ratings from <strong>DownBeat<\/strong>, <strong>Jazz Magazine<\/strong>, and <strong>BBC Music Magazine<\/strong>. His 2023 release, <em>Letter to a Friend<\/em>, blended jazz with electronic elements, in collaboration with producer <strong>Acid Pauli<\/strong>. The album was praised as a groundbreaking fusion by <strong>Jazz Magazine<\/strong>, earning a \u201cChoc\u201d award.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now based in Paris, Rapha\u00ebl frequently performs with jazz luminaries like <strong>Bir\u00e9li Lagr\u00e8ne<\/strong>, <strong>Baptiste Trotignon<\/strong>, and <strong>Thomas Enhco<\/strong>, and is a faculty member at the <strong>American School of Modern Music<\/strong>.
