Lou Tavano started playing piano at age five, singing at ten, and acting at fifteen. Early on, the stage became her natural home — the place where she truly thrived. From her very first performances, her remarkable vocal tone drew attention.

She went on to study at the American School of Modern Music in Paris, where she developed her vocal technique and interpretation skills, while exploring a wide range of styles and musical approaches.

In 2005, she met Alexey Asantcheeff, a pianist, composer, and arranger of Russian and Scottish origin. Together, they formed a creative duo, writing original music with international dimensions.
Lou sings in French, English, Balinese, Russian, and Portuguese, reflecting the diverse influences in their work.

In 2012, she released an EP that led to a national tour across France in 2013 and 2014.

Her talent caught the eye of Siggi Loch, founder of the prestigious label ACT Music, who signed her immediately.
